Supply Chain Manager Job Description

ZS Associates is a global consulting firm that helps clients transform their supply chains. We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to pursue new business opportunities and develop client relationships in supply chain functions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality work products and relevance to client decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex supply chain consulting engagements and programs in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
  • Manage senior client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain functions.
  • Develop and manage intellectual capital to be used in marketing and business development.
  • Provide inputs into the design of supply chain venture assets.
  • Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar field.
  • Deep supply chain planning and management domain expertise with a strong understanding of data, technology, and supply chain systems.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams delivering complex projects.
  • Knowledge of and experience working in priority industries, including life sciences, consumer products, industrial products, agribusiness, high tech, and travel and hospitality.
  • Fluency in English is required.
