The Opportunity

Are you ready to take ownership of key customer relationships and drive commercial success within our Express Asphalt business? As a Key Account Manager covering the South West you'll be the face of our brand, building strong partnerships with customers and ensuring they receive industry-leading service.

With a strong market presence and a reputation for delivering quality asphalt solutions, we're looking for someone who thrives on relationship management, commercial growth, and problem-solving.

You'll have the chance to shape long-term partnerships, develop tailored solutions, and play a key role in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

  • It isn't essential for you to have experience within the same industry, but we are looking for someone who can demonstrate increasing sales through effective business development and excellent customer care.
  • You'll identify and seize business opportunities for our Express Asphalt division, demonstrating your passion for growth and innovation.
  • You'll ensure our customers receive exceptional care, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • You'll focus on generating high-value sales to new customers, making the most of every opportunity to enhance our market presence.
  • You'll regularly assess sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued growth and success.
