Percival are excited to be working exclusively with Ellenor to help them recruit for a new Community Fundraising Officer. The post holder will join a growing fundraising team to aid in Ellenor’s mission of providing specialist palliative care for children and adults.


Ellenor is a pioneering hospice charity in Kent, providing compassionate care and support to individuals of all ages facing life-limiting illnesses with an Outstanding CQC rating. Ellenor is a specialist palliative care provider for adults and children in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley, and children across the London Borough of Bexley.


Title: Individual Giving Officer

Salary: £25,959

Working Pattern: Full-time/Part-time (between 30-37.5 hrs per week)

Location: Hybrid: 2 day a week in Swanscombe, Kent office, 3 days remote


Working as a valued member of their dynamic successful team, you will be working on building great relationships with groups, schools and our local community. The Community Fundraising Officer will offer guidance and encouragement to members of the public, staff and volunteers who choose to support us.


To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be able to confidently speak and communicate to the public
  • Ability to build relationships with individuals and community groups
  • Be enthusiastic about ellenor's mission and fundraising for a hospice charity
  • Have a full driver's license
