About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at JMF Associates. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow and ensuring timely payment from customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales ledger and ensure all customer accounts are up-to-date
• Chase outstanding payments and resolve any queries or disputes
• Process credit notes and allocate them to the relevant customer accounts
• Monitor and report on cash flow and debtor days
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and suppliers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a food and beverage industry
• Strong MS Excel skills and experience with Sage Line 50
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
