Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with residents regarding their new build property during the warranty period, addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Diagnose defects against the warranty and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Monitor the customer service inbox and respond to emails from homeowners in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the customer care team, providing exceptional support and guidance.
