A leading luxury housing developer, Fawkes and Reece, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join their head office team in Ebbsfleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with residents regarding their new build property during the warranty period, addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Diagnose defects against the warranty and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Monitor the customer service inbox and respond to emails from homeowners in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the customer care team, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Update the CRM system with all communication and interactions with residents.
  • Close off defects once rectified on the CRM system, ensuring accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal operatives to schedule repair works and arrange for specialized sub-contractors as needed.
  • Conduct regular site visits and customer visits to ensure high-quality service delivery.
