Pay Rate: £20-22 per hour + company vehicle and fuel card

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Floor Installation Specialist to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a Floor Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing high-quality flooring solutions for commercial refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install flooring solutions for commercial clients, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely completion
• Work collaboratively with our team to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Contribute to the development of our flooring solutions and services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in floor installation and commercial refurbishment
• Strong knowledge of flooring solutions and materials
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
