DescriptionAs a Product Manager at Tillo you'll take information from customer insight, competitor analysis and company strategy to understand and improve our product and validate the product development direction. You'll work closely with Chris, VP of Product and the rest of the Product team to define success metrics, undertake research and ultimately shape the product strategy as we grow globally.

This role will sit within our Brands & Integrations team, working to grow and strengthen Tillo’s brand catalogue in key markets, and automate and build internal tools related to brands and suppliers to allow us to scale.

We’re the market leader in the UK and are active in a number of other markets including Europe, Australia and India. This year we will continue to expand our presence in the US as well as setting up operations in new countries .
If successful, you will
  • Work closely with customers to gain deep insights, understanding their needs to influence the improvement of the product
  • Use data analysis to inform and guide decision making
  • Define success metrics and lead on how best to track them
  • Perform competitor analysis using the results to inform the product strategy
  • Contribute to the product roadmap, engaging with stakeholders and the wider team
  • Define complex problems/stories and articulate them to the development and design teams
  • Contribute to QA testing
  • Collaborate with Marketing on product releases

About you
  • You're a highly adaptable Product Manager with experienced growing a portfolio of B2B customers
  • You're customer focused, with experience using data to drive decision making
  • You're confident managing multiple stakeholders, with a proven ability to communicate complex projects, tasks and problems
  • You're a natural problem solver with an interest in emerging trends, competitor research and bringing concepts to life
And it would be great, but not essential if you have:
  • An understanding of the 'jobs to be done' framework
  • Experience with an API based product
