The Product Innovation Manager will spearhead the creation and implementation of groundbreaking products that resonate with Study Group's strategic vision.
Gain insights into the primary challenges faced by Study Group's key clientele (university partners and international students) to uncover potential avenues for new product development.
- Formulate and execute product innovation strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Supervise the conceptualization and creation of new offerings.
- Collaborate with essential stakeholders to guarantee that products fulfill quality benchmarks and compliance standards.
- Operate within Study Group's Project Management framework to ensure that critical milestones, resource requirements, and project necessities are adequately supported by the PMO to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Leverage insights to guide product development and market positioning.
- Conduct user evaluations and collect feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Adopt best practices in product innovation and project oversight.
- Assess and analyze product performance to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in product innovation or management.
- Strong capabilities in project oversight.
