Training Administrator | Temp | ASAP start until December | £28k

Your new company 
You will be working for a leading company in the construction industry, coordinating training and business education requests.
Your new role 
As a training administrator, you will support the competence team with new initiatives and be responsible for coordinating training and business education requests in line with HR policies, service level agreements and timetables, maximising utilisation. You will ensure consistency of service and processes across the business by maintaining a positive working relationship with all training contacts and stakeholders, internal and external.

What you'll need to succeed 

  • Strong Administrative and IT skills
  • Competent with Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organisation skills and able to plan, prioritise and deliver own workload
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset and able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Self-starter

What you'll get in return 
A temporary position until December, paying £13.50 per hour + holiday pay, equivalent to £28k.
