- Support Academic Department: Assist academic department staff and lecturers in completing annual programme reviews and preparing assessment outcomes schedules.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with academic staff, students, and other stakeholders.
- Administration Experience: 1 year of administration experience required.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with academic staff and students.

- Record Keeping and Administration: Strong record-keeping and administration skills.
- Report Writing: Ability to write clear and concise reports.
