Job Title: Administrator - Quality and Data

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at LD Training Services Limited. As an Administrator - Quality and Data, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our academic programmes and supporting our lecturers and Programme Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with lecturers and Programme Leaders to formulate programme delivery and assessment strategies.
  • Lead the process of arranging meetings with lecturers and academic boards.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing departmental teaching quality and courses.
  • Support the implementation of PSRBs' requirements and LDT academic policies.
  • Ensure the department meets academic quality standards set by awarding organizations and UK HEIs.
  • Check assessment instruments for quality and fitness for purpose.
  • Arrange student-lecturer feedback sessions and report to the head of academic.
  • Develop and monitor academic quality assurance mechanisms.
  • Monitor student progress and provide recommendations to the registrar.
  • Analyze student data from enrolment to destination.
  • Advise on assessment evidence appropriateness.
  • Sample assessments to verify assessors' judgments.
  • Assist academic department staff and lecturers with annual programme review.
  • Prepare assessment outcomes schedules and work on awards.

  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Record keeping, filing, and administration skills.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Reliable commute or relocation to Nottingham required.
