Reception Services Manager

Job Description

The warm welcome from the Reception Services Team determines the first impressions clients and visitors have of our clients’ business.  The role of Reception Services Manager is to ensure that you provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders in the clients business which includes visitors, clients and internal stakeholders. The Reception Services Team, who will be coached and led by the Reception Services Supervisors and on-site management team, are responsible in looking after the reception areas, Concierge, Workplace, Call Services (Switchboard & Room Bookings) and events. We also have a team of administration assistants and PA’s on site.

Although it's based in London, candidate would be expected to travel to regional sites as well as Birmingham.

Hours: 40 hrs a week.
 


Qualifications

•    A proven track record of successfully leading a team of at least 40 people
•    Experience of understanding how day to day performance links in to service level agreements and key performance indicators
•    Experience of data analysis and interpreting and presenting data for business reports
•    Being able to collate and report statistics for performance measurement
•    Must be familiar with room reservations operations
