Sales Director (South) – IT Managed Services Provider – Cloud & Security

BRAND NEW opportunity for a talented Head of Sales that has experience with the following: Cloud, Security, Connectivity, Managed Services.

My client is an IT managed service provider who is looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Sales to look after and grow a sales team of Sales Specialists, Account Managers/Directors, and Partner Managers.

Job Purpose:

  • Developing the local regional sales plan aligned with the overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Ensuring the achievement of Annual Order Value, Churn, Contract Bank, and Non-Recurring Revenue targets with team attribution.
  • Leading, managing, and motivating a regional sales function across key disciplines: Sales Specialist, New Business, Partner Development, Account Management Success, and Growth.

Sales Director Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • To ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
  • To ensure the effective management of the Sales Process, communicating to the Senior Management Team matters that affect the business in a timely and proficient manner.
  • Work with the Sales Director and Marketing team to ensure that all aspects of services are represented sufficiently in marketing to ensure maximum lead generation.
  • Provide leadership to direct staff and make decisions to achieve individual and team objectives along with overall sales and Company strategy.
  • To ensure that weekly/monthly meetings take place with all team members.
  • Coach, train, and develop Sales Managers to maximise their sales team performance.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to ensure strategies are aligned and all cross-sales opportunities are effectively maximised.

A basic salary of up to £110k + OTE £220k + Benefits.
