What does a day look like for you here? 

Working on a hybrid basis, you'll be part of a friendly team that consists of other Analysts and Specialists with different levels of experience, providing support to our customers for incident resolution and requests.  Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining precise records of asset orders and movements within our ITSM database, ensuring everything is tracked accurately. You'll log and categorise calls with exceptional detail, manage non-automated email service requests, and work closely with both internal support teams and external third-party companies to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently, always adhering to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You’ll also oversee third-party support, producing insightful daily and weekly asset reports, and effectively managing incidents and requests. You'll be vigilant in spotting potentially fraudulent activities, raising security incident reports when needed. Flexibility and a proactive approach will be key as you tackle various ad hoc assignments.

In this administrative role, your meticulous attention to detail in asset management will be essential, as it underpins the production of precise charge file reports used for invoicing. This vital function supports both the Service Desk team and the Customer Service Manager, facilitating seamless and efficient operations. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our service desk and the management of our IT assets, making each day both rewarding and impactful. You'll find yourself at the heart of our IT operations, with a diverse range of responsibilities that will keep you engaged and motivated. From maintaining accurate records of asset orders to liaising with internal teams and external suppliers, you'll enjoy a varied workload that offers plenty of opportunities for growth and development.

  • Data entry and database management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
