This position offers the unique opportunity to work with globally recognised beauty brands like Kylie Cosmetics and Burberry Beauty, while driving innovative CRM strategies that shape the future of customer loyalty and brand engagement.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

To reinforce the business and the brand proposition to our customers, we seek a candidate to support in the implementation, strategies, campaign and reporting of our CRM programmes for key leading brands such as Kylie Cosmetics and Burberry Beauty. This is a pivotal moment for Coty and this person will play a key role in providing strategic guidance & insights to deliver enhanced brand and retail experience to our customers.

 

 

Your main focus :

CRM & Loyalty Program Manager

  • CRM & Loyalty Leadership: Collaborate with the Senior Content & Activation Manager to develop and implement loyalty programs for key Coty brands. Lead the creation of earn/burn frameworks, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the success of CRM and loyalty programs, ensuring they meet local KPIs.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute localised customer lifecycle campaigns, aligned with global brand guidelines. Lead A/B testing and collaborate with global teams on CRM activity plans.

  • Innovative CRM: Stay updated on competitive CRM activities, using insights to innovate and enhance the program.

  • VIP Engagement: Work with the IM & PR team to organise exclusive events for VIP customers.

 

Drive Brand Productivity

  • Analysis & Action: Lead monthly productivity analysis for both online and offline channels. Identify gaps vs. competition and develop action plans with the Snr Manager to boost productivity by 2025.

  • Engagement & Tools: Promote the use of CRM tools and work with the education team to incentivise staff in client recruitment.

 

Lead Data & Analytics

  • Target Setting: Set data collection targets for each channel, ensuring all touchpoints are optimised for capturing consumer data & collaborate with local teams to plan Sampling campaigns

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse data trends, run sampling campaigns, and share insight presentations with cross-functional teams monthly to inform future strategies.

  • Planning: of Sampling campaigns in collaboration with marketing/trade team & ensures that all data are captured

 

The content and activation team consists of 7 people, with their job titles spanning across Digital Content & Activation Managers, E-Retail Managers, and a Graphic Designer, plus the CRM Executive we’re hiring. You will work closely with several departments such as local brand, global brand, and the sales team. All your colleagues are dynamic, collaborative, and committed to innovation and excellence. YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You are Customer Centric and Data Driven. As an experienced CRM Executive you are collaborative and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • Experienced in CRM marketing (B2C): The candidate will need a proven track record in CRM, particularly in loyalty programs and clientelling.

  • Data-Driven: The role requires strong data management and analysis skills to drive actionable insights and strategies for Coty's brands.

  • Global Collaboration: Working with both local and global teams is essential, so the ability to collaborate and align with multiple stakeholders is a must.

  • Multi-Project Management: The role demands someone who can prioritise and manage several projects simultaneously, ensuring the success of CRM initiatives.

  • Adaptability: The candidate should be able to adapt CRM strategies to local market specifications while following global guidelines.

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience with CRM tools would be beneficial such as Klayvio, Adobe Campaign, SalesForce Marketing cloud etc.

  • Experience in campaign building a plus such as Workflow, segmentation, HTML integration and CRM reporting.
