As a **CRM Executive**, you will be pivotal in delivering our CRM transformation. You will understand how to exploit CRM platform / ESP capability to drive customer value and optimised customer experience through creation of connected, data-driven, triggered, personalised lifecycle journeys and communications across a customer’s health and wellbeing experience.
Help us build a healthier nation by delivering CRM campaigns, communications and automated lifecycle journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud that deliver customer lifetime value. This is a great opportunity to work in an innovative company across multiple products and service lines in B2C and B2B.
**As our CRM Executive, you will**:
- Plan and execute omni-channel customer lifecycle journeys and communications i.e. Onboarding and Welcome programmes.
- Produce valuable and informative customer service communications.
- Manage a marketing and servicebacklog of campaigns, communications, events and messaging requirements.
- Constantly measure and provide reporting on performance for CRM activity to help optimise future campaigns, communications and journeys.
- Maximise performance of your customer lifecycle journeys, campaigns and communications through test, measure learn (experimentation) and understanding of our customers through insight.
- Ensure that Salesforce is equipped with data to adequately supply and enhance the performance of Marketing Cloud.
- Work with stakeholders and IT to improve data quality and integrity maximising reach. This will include managing duplicates, incorrect data input, customer request changes as varying examples.
- Have a good understanding of GDPR and how this impacts how we manage data and different communications sent from our Marketing teams.
Skills Required:
- Previous CRM Executive level experience (3-5 year's).
- Previous experience working in Healthcare/Gyms/Fitness industries advantageous.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Adobe Suite / Photoshop.
- Google Apps Script.
