We are excited to commence the search for a CRM Executive to assist the CRM Manager in delivering our global CRM strategy through world-class marketing campaigns.

This role will work collaboratively across a range of functions including Operations, Reservations, Design and Product and requires a proactive team player with strong communication skills. The CRM Executive will champion the customer across the business, with a passion to provide the best customer experience both across our digital channels and during guest visits to the restaurant.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Build and manage customer segments - creating targeted campaigns wherever possible to maximise the customer experience
- Support the CRM Manager in being the voice of the customer at Hawksmoor - bringing a customer-centric approach to projects and sharing customer insights with the wider team.
- Create and maintain an A/B split testing calendar to test hypothesis and improve the performance of our CRM marketing campaigns
- Support the CRM Manager in the creation of automated customer journeys
- Support the CRM Manager in conducting customer surveys to gather insights which inform business strategy
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to brief and execute CRM Ads to support CRM goals.
- Build and maintain a relationship with our Omni-channel marketing platform Account Manager to ensure we are using the platform to its full capability
- Run weekly and monthly reports to analyse the impact of and optimise CRM activity.
- Keep up to date with the latest CRM marketing trends and provide further insights, via competitor analysis, marketing blogs and attending regular training sessions and webinars
- Drive data collection online and offline to continuously build the Hawksmoor database
- Have a good knowledge of GDPR and how to manage customer data according to best practice
