About Our Client

Our client, an established enterprise located in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, is a successful health institution who place importance on well-being and community health. They are seeking a dynamic addition to the team to represent and uphold the values of the organisation by contributing to an imperative part of the finance team.

Job Description

Your duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • Performing end-to-end payroll for weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles.
  • Oversee and assist in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of payroll forms, records, and documents.
  • Ensuring any payroll discrepancies and enquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare records related to payroll, such as, employee information, time sheets, benefits, salaries, and more.
  • Participate in complex payroll support functions such as input of new employees, applications for terminations, contract adjustments and similar functions.
  • Any additional ADHOC tasks that may be required of you.
The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will;

  • Have end-to-end payroll experience, ideally with 500+ employees on the payroll.
  • Possess experience with payroll within a health-care or NFP setting.
  • Have strong attention to detail, with appropriate knowledge of relevant awards and EBAs in the health-care and NFP sector.
  • Attain an ability to strive for improvement within the team and drive innovation.
