- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, providing clear and concise guidance.
- Support HR program implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a safe and healthy office environment.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including office management, visitor pass requests, visitor inductions, and daily timesheets.
- Manage administrative service agreements, ensuring seamless execution of car rentals, hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and other services.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Officer, Payroll Officer, or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and processes.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent Excel skills and the ability to analyze data.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
