Human Resources & Payroll Officer

DCT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources & Payroll Officer to join our client's team in the Shotton Paper Mill Project. This is a temp to perm contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Maintain employee records and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  3. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, providing clear and concise guidance.
  4. Support HR program implementation, including recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and training.
  5. Manage office supplies and maintain a safe and organized office environment.
  6. Support daily administrative tasks, including office management, visitor pass requests, and daily timesheets.
  7. Manage administrative service agreements, including car rentals, hotel bookings, and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Human Resources Officer, Payroll Officer, or similar role.
  2. Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent Excel knowledge.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
