What are we looking for?

- A Systems Administrator, offering support to the Commercial Sales team to ensure the continued smooth process currently in place.

- Someone who can work at least 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing internal and external enquiries via online enquiries portal.
  • Provide technical assistance functions.
  • Assisting with admin tasks required by commercial sales team
  • Assist and support Managers and Directors in their daily tasks.
  • Maintain and manage relevant databases.
  • Maintain and manage technical files and records in an organised manner.
  • Provide administrative support to customers in technical matters.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customers' technical problems.
  • Continually maintain and manage the back-office Networks System to ensure the system is appropriately developed and connected.
  • Liaising with partners and organising online payment options ensuring these are correctly set up on relevant back office systems

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Have strong organisational, grammar and communication skills
  • Competent in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Intermediate/Advanced level
  • Comfortable with web-based back-office systems
  • Be able to prioritise and manage own tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be a team player
  • Be pleasant, professional and proficient
