Role Purpose:

 
As People Development Advisor you will be responsible for providing exceptional training to our internal customers. You will have a creative flair to build and deliver engaging, impactful content across the business with a strong focus on developing the skills knowledge and confidence in our People.

A typical day in this role includes:

 
· Collaborating closely with the People Development Manager and the People Business Partners to oversee the continual learning and development of employees of all levels in Superdrug Head Office.
· Fostering and developing an embedded culture of learning and continuous improvement.
· Delivery of 1:1 and group training both in person and across virtual platforms.
· Being a champion for additional L&D initiatives such as Digital skills, Negotiation skills, Storytelling, Learning at work week, CSR, Wellbeing and Mentoring programmes.
· Taking ownership of the whole learning process, through designing learning programmes and initiatives, through to delivery, evaluation and return on investment.
· Evaluation of past and current programmes to continuously improve future content.
· Ensuring learning events are timely, focused, relevant and align to individual and business needs.
· Ensuring quality of learning and training delivery through feedback, continuous improvement and application of learning.
· Collaboration with departments to ensure we are meeting the required standards: ILM
· Day to day management of the People Development Administration: including LMS.

What you’ll need:

· Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar Learning & Development role.
· CIPD level 3 or working towards qualification or a degree in a related Business Management field.
· Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning interventions and programs.
· Digital learning design and delivery experience.
· Coaching experience/ qualification.
· A confident communicator, able to engage with individuals at all levels.
· Unphased by quickly changing schedules.
