Customer Service Advisor (Temporary – 8 Weeks)
Location: Birkenhead
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
Start Date: Monday 14th October

 

We’re looking for friendly people who love helping others If you're based in Birkenhead and want a temporary role (at least 8 weeks), this could be perfect for you.

 

You’ll be answering calls from customers of a well-known international coffee brand, helping both individual customers and businesses like cafés and hotels with their queries. It’s a full-time, office-based role where you’ll be working alongside a supportive team in a positive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering inbound calls and helping customers with their questions or issues
  • Passing more technical questions to the right team members if needed
  • Making sure every customer feels listened to and valued by being friendly and efficient
  • Handling basic queries and arranging call-backs for more complicated ones
  • Representing the coffee brand with great service and a positive attitude
