**Job Description**:
Are you a customer service professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join a leading insurance company with a base in either Birkenhead or Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, with the added benefit of a hybrid working model.
As a customer service advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers post order, developing a culture of customer satisfaction. Operating strictly within FCA and other relevant Regulations, you will manage the end-to-end customer journey, facilitating strong collaboration between sales, surveying, and technical teams to enhance overall customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We want team players who are committed to achieving company and personal goals.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £26k, reflecting your experience and skills, as well as the opportunity for career progression within the company. The hybrid working model offers great flexibility, with the option to work from home for the majority of the week, and just two days per week in the office.
