KeyResponsibilities:

• Support theimplementation and ongoing optimization of the digital travelplatforms and capabilities into new and existing markets andpartnerships from envisioning through implementation
• Act as Product Owner providing scrum teams with usercentered agile specifications (user stories) and acceptancecriteria maintaining the product backlog and facilitating therequirements
elaboration of epics features and userstories within participating in daily stand ups PI/sprint planning& review meetings retrospectives and end of sprint show andtells.
• In partnership with tech teams and /or external vendors lead the project through our team’sagile development process support the User Acceptance testingtagging validation and overall

MinimumQualifications Skills:

• Passion fordigital with strong preference for the travel space
• Naturally adapts a customerfirst mindset with a passionfor the customer experience
• Ability to manageand prioritize multiple activities workloads andobjectives
• Must be able to develop andmaintain collaborative relationship with various business units andtechnology partners
• Experience of effectivelycoordinating activity across geographically/culturally diverseteams both inhouse and with third party development/agencypartners
• Highly organized and ability toperform well in high pressure situations
•Strong communication skills and experience storytelling with theability to communicate complex technical issues and topics bothwritten and verbal to multiple audiences including leadership

Environment.
• Experience with Amex complianceprocesses desirable
• Experience in Agiledelivery methodology desirable

• Works well as part of a teambut has the ability to manage and prioritize own work and beautonomous.
• Strong analytical skills able todraw conclusions from data management information and trendsalongside analysis of business processes and stakeholderrequirements
• Working knowledge of travelreservations systems desirable
