**Role Overview**

The CRM Product Owner will lead Bupa Global Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM system (..the ‘Platform’) and any other sales tools commissioned to support the commercial teams globally. As the CRM product owner you’ll support and drive Bupa Global Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE), and represent the needs and priorities of the Platform at the CoE once collaborative processes become established.

**What you’ll do**:

- Define and lead the inlife development, implementation, maintenance, and administration of the Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM system within Bupa Global
- Lead the department in the formulation of CRM Salesforce strategies and programmes/campaigns and ensure that they stay aligned with the business’ overall objective
- Work with the Distribution teams to ensure each Sales tool is deployed in the most effective way to ensure a good balance between must have regional requirements vs “central” systematisation/formalisation
- Lead the development of a business readiness plan including training, deployment, adoption, and usage of the CRM once rolled out
- Develop/champion a CRM culture across the organisation and manage the change accordingly via all regions through change management programmes
- Develop, manage, and review the annual Salesforce CRM and other sales tools budgets. Ensure forecasts are made and that all technology programmes fall within the allocated budget and timelines
- Actively drive automation / improvements to liberate resources to improve efficiency and enable reinvestment in further capability
- Establish the governance framework, processes and disciplines to measure, manage and continually improve User adoption and operational performance across the platform for each business unit and product line
- Write business cases for CRM evolution to support the Sales efforts
- Work closely with all CRM stakeholders across ALL Regions, Business Units and SisCos to ensure collaboration
- Drive analytics and Business recommendations based on the insight accumulated via the Platform
- Lead the Commercial/Vendor relationship to get the most out of it
- Manage Users, Data, and Security
- Work with wider Sales Changes Team to create training materials, building and delivering workshop materials through collaborating with learning and development teams.
- Project Management skills including: Leadership, Task management, Scheduling, Quality management, Planning,
- Evaluate the customer and competitive landscape, staying on top of emergent trends to be aware of and adopting these into the salesforce CRM platform
- Manage performance against our objectives through both direct reports and matrix teams

**What you’ll bring**:

- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems such as salesforce or MS Dynamics is essential, with specific product knowledge considered a distinct advantage: Cloud CRM, Administration and Platform App Builder
- Experience of working within structured Project delivery frameworks, notably the Agile methodology and IT Change Management concepts
- Understanding of the Private Medical Insurance sector would be advantageous
- Strong track record of successfully influencing a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical skills - be able to identify, create and interpret fit for purpose data with a high level of accuracy
- Experience of leading and working successfully in a large complex, matrix organisation. The role holder will operate across a wide organisation globally and across multiple functions
- Excellent attention to detail with good verbal and writing ability
- Skilled communicator, able to engage, positively influence and motivate others
- Demonstrable evidence of planning and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressured environment
- Ability to create compelling business cases, with a focus on value creation and benefits tracking
- Strong track record of transforming business performance and delivering sustainable business results across the balanced scorecard in challenging market conditions
