  • Build and nurture client relationships at a product level, acting as their representative within the business to ensure we deliver solutions that solve real customer problems
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, keeping them informed and aligned throughout the product lifecycle
  • Guarantee the smooth execution of sprints and key projects utilising the Agile framework
  • Write new product specs, manage the product backlog and triage support tickets, ensuring sprints are clear, balanced and development ready
  • Monitor and analyse product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and help inform future iterations
  • Communicate regular product updates to leadership and the wider business
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in a Product Manager role within a software development environment (preferably SaaS)
  • Highly knowledgeable with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • A problem solver, who can remove barriers and get results
  • Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • A dynamic, collaborative, and transparent working style
  • A real passion for establishing relationships with our customers to drive their success with our solutions
  • Ability to take ownership of the end-to-end idea to product process and work as self-directed member of the team
  • Precisely articulate complex feature requirements, capture clear user stories and create detailed documents in a concise and structured manner
  • A desire to work within a high performing and close-knit team

Good to have:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools
  • Proven track record of shipping impactful growth projects for a B2B SaaS product
