As a Product Manager/Owner, you’ll work alongside our Commercial, Design and Development teams to conceive and develop innovative products and feature iterations that will grow the business. Directly influence the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Guarantee the smooth execution of sprints and key projects utilising the Agile framework
Write new product specs, manage the product backlog and triage support tickets, ensuring sprints are clear, balanced and development ready
Monitor and analyse product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and help inform future iterations
3+ years experience in a Product Manager role within a software development environment (preferably SaaS)
~ Highly knowledgeable with Agile/Scrum methodologies
~ Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools
Proven track record of shipping impactful growth projects for a B2B SaaS product
Experience with UX design and knowledge of best practices in user experience design.
