What You WillDo
Asa Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist youwill:
- Process payroll &benefits for one or more regions in our Payroll & Benefitsteam. You will manage payrolls that include Sweden Germany the UKUS Canada Italy and Spain using a mix of inhouse outsourced andEmployer of Record (EOR) solutions.
- Partnerclosely with our Global Payroll provider to ensure payrollcalculations and general ledgers are accurate compliant andidentify areas for processimprovements.
- Collaborate with our Benefitsbroker and technology partners to enhance and streamline payrolland benefits functions working towards a bestinclass globalprogram.
- Partner with People Finance Equity& Compensation and Accounts teams on adhoc projectsensuring bestinclass processes are designed andexecuted.
- Maintain accurate payroll recordsincluding employee information time and attendance and payrolltransactions.
- Provide exceptional customerservice to employees by resolving payroll and benefitsinquiries.
- Leverage AI to innovate and evolvefuture payroll and benefitsprocesses.
WhoYouAre
- Youhave 35 years of experience in payroll ideally in a dynamicfastpaced company.
- Expertise in US and EMEApayroll and benefits is highly desirable.
- Deepunderstanding of payroll tax laws and regulations across multiplecountries and experience with outsourced Payroll and Benefitsproviders.
- Excellent attention to detail andstrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities and meet deadlines.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills capable of effectivelycollaborating with internal and externalstakeholders.
- Ability to work independentlytake ownership of tasks and deliver highqualityresults.
AwesometoHave
- Experiencewith change management in a growingorganization.
- Knowledge of payroll and HRISplatforms.
- Experience working with AIdrivensolutions for payroll and benefitsoptimization.
- Familiarity with a hybrid workenvironment across globaloffices.
