What You Will Do


As a Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist you will:

  • Process payroll & benefits for one or more regions in our Payroll & Benefits team. You will manage payrolls that include Sweden Germany the UK US Canada Italy and Spain using a mix of inhouse outsourced and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions.
  • Partner closely with our Global Payroll provider to ensure payroll calculations and general ledgers are accurate compliant and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with our Benefits broker and technology partners to enhance and streamline payroll and benefits functions working towards a bestinclass global program.
  • Partner with People Finance Equity & Compensation and Accounts teams on adhoc projects ensuring bestinclass processes are designed and executed.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records including employee information time and attendance and payroll transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees by resolving payroll and benefits inquiries.
  • Leverage AI to innovate and evolve future payroll and benefits processes.


Who You Are

  • You have 35 years of experience in payroll ideally in a dynamic fastpaced company.
  • Expertise in US and EMEA payroll and benefits is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations across multiple countries and experience with outsourced Payroll and Benefits providers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently take ownership of tasks and deliver highquality results.

  • Familiarity with a hybrid work environment across global offices.
