More about the Sales & Retention Advisor Role:
Airband offer a Hybrid working model operating out of Droitwich 1 to 2 days per week. Our Sales & Retentions Division at Airband are a dedicated and loyal Team who thrive on success, delivering exceptional Customer experience and targeted results.
•As a Sales & Retentions Advisor you will need to be a great negotiator and have the communication skills and resilience to guide, advise and deliver a first-class service to our varied residential customers.
•On a daily basis you will be dealing with a high level of inbound and outbound calls, which will focus on Airband renewals, negotiating with existing customers on renewal & upgrade offers.
•Proactively contact existing residential customers via phone and email with updates on their enquiry.
•Assist in resolving any complaints within the company SLA and in a timely and professional manner.
•Accurately maintaining our database and CRM (Salesforce)
•In conjunction with their colleagues, daily input of customers' orders into DWS Portal. VOIP
•Create strong links internally with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers' expectations are met.
