Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Retention Specialist to join our Land Rover Dealership in Droitwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with Aftersales calls and booking customers' vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
  • Accurate data inputting of customer details
  • Increasing customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Improving and driving lead conversions
  • Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
  • Initiating the solving of customers' problems in a professional manner
  • Adhering to brand standards
About You
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Able to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
  • Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
  • Competent using Microsoft Office
