Service Retention Professional

We are seeking a skilled Service Retention Specialist to enhance our Land Rover dealership's customer satisfaction and loyalty in Droitwich.
The ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with regular Saturday shifts on a rota basis.
This role offers a competitive basic salary, with an OTE of £30,400, plus a range of benefits.
As a Service Retention Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the service team to identify opportunities to retain customers and increase loyalty.
