Service Retention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Retention Specialist to enhance our Land Rover Dealership in Droitwich. The ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis. This role offers an excellent basic salary, with an OTE of £30,400 plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Aftersales calls, booking customers' vehicles for service or repairs.
  • Accurately input customer details.
  • Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Improve and drive lead conversions.
  • Contact prospective customers and upsell products.
  • Initiate problem-solving in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to brand standards.
About You:
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to use initiative to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.
