Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Retention Specialist to join our Land Rover Dealership in Droitwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant and growing department, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage aftersales calls and bookings, ensuring seamless service and repair experiences for customers.
  • Accurately input customer data, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Drive lead conversions and upsell products, leveraging your excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Initiate and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner, adhering to brand standards.
About You

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. You should be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. A strong telephone manner and ability to use your own initiative are essential. Motor trade experience is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
