You will help to develop the Porchlight team, in all areas of their practice and making sure that quality standards are implemented and maintained. You will have an evident commitment to quality practice, making sure that support is consistently of a high standard, and that a culture of continuous improvement is developed. Managing a dispersed team, you will be a strong communicator, leading by example and skilled in understanding how to adapt your style to suit different learning and development needs.

  • Do you feel passionate about improving people’s experience of mental health services?

Working pattern: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility required.
