**The vacancy**

You’ll lead and develop our mental health services for adults and younger people, including the highly successful mental health and wellbeing service, Live Well Kent and Medway.

You will be an experienced leader who’s passionate about mental health, cares about delivering high-quality support to those that need it and is committed to collaborating with other partners and organisations.

You’ll be a confident leader when it comes to relationship and performance management, service review and development. You will also be a highly skilled communicator who has experience of working with a range of stakeholders.

If you want to bring your skills and enthusiasm into an organisation that’s passionate about changing lives, then this is the job for you.

This role requires:

- Significant experience of leading safe and effective services
- Experience managing complex contracts and programmes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with other stakeholders
- Significant experience of leading and developing teams
