We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at our office in Camberley (GU15 3SY)

This role is office based, Monday - Friday working 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls, including both external and internal communications
  • Process and manage data in the company CRM system and other relevant software
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and filed correctly
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their concerns and resolving any issues
  • Monitor and upload documentation to customer portals as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
