About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/ Administrator to join our team at Reed. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and check in/out clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Administrative Support: Manage petty cash transactions, maintain financial records, and perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, and order and manage stock for food supplies and bathroom essentials.
  • Meeting Coordination: Set up meeting rooms, arrange necessary equipment and catering, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Communication: Manage phone and email communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Skills: Competency with IT systems, CRMs, and databases, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn new skills and systems quickly.
  • Qualifications: Empathy and understanding towards clients and colleagues, proficiency in data entry, and ability to handle the unpredictable nature of the role with composure.
