Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Facilities Helpdesk Team in Sandhurst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming maintenance requests and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assess and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve maintenance issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, site teams, and contract partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and prioritize maintenance requests.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
  • A focus on teamwork and collaboration, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
