Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our facilities helpdesk team in Sandhurst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing incoming maintenance calls and emails, risk assessing faults, and arranging the most appropriate response from contract partners and other internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent service within an essential, diverse, and exciting environment.
- Answering all incoming calls and monitoring email inbox.
- Raising enquiries, defects, and jobs and assigning to maintenance team.
- Logging jobs into CAFM system – Maximo.
- Liaising with other staff members, including external contractors.
Essential Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Risk assessment and decision-making skills.
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Excel), and ability to pick up new systems.
- A focus on teamwork and building strong relations with all stakeholders.
