About this role

As a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator, you will be instrumental in empowering our employees to reach their highest potential by designing, organizing, delivering, and evaluating targeted upskilling opportunities, ensuring our teams receive the right training at the right time. What you'll do

Coordinate seamless training initiatives for groups of up to 100+ attendees to optimise the onboarding experienceCollaborate with presenters and trainers to schedule, launch and track onboarding material and logistics. Manage communications with target attendees. Support the global L&D team in end-to-end design of blended learning experiencesUtilize data-driven insights to refine and enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives, reporting on key performance metricsPartner with senior key stakeholders to update existing learning materials to ensure they reflect key business prioritiesManage logistics and vendor selection for training-related eventsManage communications for training programs Support in the administration of our Learning Management System

Requirements

Up to 1 year of experience in project coordination or equivalent experience in managing complex, logistically intensive operationsStrong communicator skilled in simplifying complex concepts Embodies a collaborative team and client oriented mindsetAbility to build relationships and consult partnerships with key stakeholdersAttention to detail with written content including copy and proofingSees roadblocks as hurdles, and approaches them as opportunities for creative problem solving

We’re especially interested in:

Experience in design and coordination of different learning initiativesFacilitation of workshops, training events or public speaking experienceKnowledge of latest trends in learning design

Progression:

Years 0-1: Following a training programme, you’ll begin your journey with AlphaSights as a Learning and Development Coordinator, focused on the fundamentals of our learning and development initiative.Years 2-4: Those who master the Coordinator role will have the opportunity to become a Learning and Development Associate, where you will further develop your skill set, spearhead training initiative and have ownership of your own projects.Years 4+: As a Senior Associate & Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing personnel management with team training and collaborating with senior business leaders to assess the necessity for and develop innovative programs that further our company's mission
