We are looking for someone to join a busy Support Team as a Customer Support Coordinator to take responsibility for supporting existing communications customers. Please note this role is office-based in West Bromwich.

Strong attention to detail.  An understanding of Microsoft Office products and is IT literate.  Excellent written and verbal communication.  The ability to work within a team. Strong organisational skills and able to prioritise tasks. Demonstrated capability to resolve problems/issues in a timely and accurate manner. Ability to think outside the box should the situation require it.

What would I be doing as a Customer Support Coordinator? 

Managing a selection of customer orders simultaneously, maintaining contact with customer with all updates. Raising orders with suppliers and co-ordinating delivery. Ordering stock, checking kit, and allocating against jobs. Taking inbound calls from customers, suppliers, and third-party engineers regarding orders. Responding to inbound customer emails on a daily basis that come in and delegating appropriately to the correct team. Working with all other departments including sales and accounts as appropriate. Support the pending cease/off-boarding process as required. Supporting the technical team with 1st line checks for overflow.
