We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Coordinator to join our growing customs team at WR Logistics. As a Customs Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth import and export of goods, while maintaining compliance with HMRC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and timely customs declarations using CDS software.
  • Verify customer-provided data against required sources and advise on potential errors.
  • Track and monitor declaration status, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, providing guidance and support on customs procedures and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a customs coordinator or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working for a UK-based Freight Forwarder or Customs Broker.
  • Import and/or export experience.
  • CDS knowledge is essential.
  • Experience with Excise Goods and Bonded Warehousing.
  • Knowledge of HMRC compliance and regulation is desirable.
