An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized, motivated and enthusiastic receptionist to join the Inpatient Pharmacy within LGI and St James at Leeds Teaching Hospitals.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible and reliable with the ability to work under pressure.
The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring our PPM system, printing orders and booking in work onto our tracking system. You will need to be confident in speaking face to face and on the telephone and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Other qualities include being calm, pro-active and able to use initiative whilst working with different hospital teams.
We are looking for 2 part time receptionists
Monday to Friday to = 15 hours a week at the LGI
Monday, Thursday & Friday am - pm = 24 hours a week at St James
Monday to Friday
Full training will be provided.

Main duties of the job
The role is supporting the evening shifts at the LGI and St James.
This involves contacting wards and departments about their prescriptions, answering the phone and dealing with queries, printing and booking in prescriptions onto our tracking system.
There may also be some walking to deliver medicines to the wards or collecting medicines from the wards.
