We areseeking a motivated and resultsdriven Head of European Sales tojoin our Force Sensorsdivision.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales andcustomer support team across Europe.
  • Seniorpartner of the management in the territory.
  • Coach mentor and develop theteam.
  • Monitor and report on all sales activityand results.
  • Prepare annual sales budget andquarterly YEFC (yearend forecast) by customer product andterritory.
  • Explore and develop new businessopportunities/ market segments within territory; Increase salesgrowth and maximize market potential.
  • Selectsappropriate subordinate sales staff to ensure smooth growth tosupport company objectives
  • Organizes andparticipates in regional meetings to facilitate efficient businesspractice
  • Willingness to travel across theregion up to 50%

Requirements:

  • BS in relateddiscipline; MBA aplus
  • 10 years ofsignificant experience in sales and business development at asenior levelposition.
  • Experiencein sales and business development of Industrial Automation products/Sensors (weighing force) to OEMs (Packaging Robotics MedicalMachine Builders Construction Agricultureetc.).
  • Strong business/finance background andexperience
  • Knowledge of commercialtransactional process involved withsales
  • Previous experience negotiating multiyearcontracts with large global OEMs
  • Excellentcommunication and presentationskills
