Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our international presence.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and integrate customer feedback into sales strategy.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of new account executives.
- Ensure efficient CRM use and pipeline management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership, preferably in fast-growing companies and B2B SaaS.
- Strong background in financial software solutions.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
- Ability to mentor and inspire teams, managing both experienced and early-career salespeople.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
