About the Position:

Usurpo is seeking a Head of International Sales to join our growing sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the international market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our international presence.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and integrate customer feedback into sales strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of new account executives.
  • Ensure efficient CRM use and pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership, preferably in fast-growing companies and B2B SaaS.
  • Strong background in financial software solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire teams, managing both experienced and early-career salespeople.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
