Head of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our ISP Business Unit and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans that deliver exceptional results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Leveraging data insights to inform business decisions and optimize performance
- Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
We offer a highly competitive salary package, estimated at £175,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as a car allowance of £5,000 and a 10% bonus scheme. Hybrid working arrangements are also available, with the option to work remotely or from our Peterborough office.
