Garden and Wildlife Sales Role

This Field Sales Account Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading manufacturer and distributor of garden and wildlife products. Based at head office in Shrewsbury, with occasional trips to the site, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing medium retail sales accounts and larger independent garden centres to achieve profitable sales growth in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve sales objectives and KPIs per account and product group.
  2. Contribute to the annual sales plan.
  3. Provide regular commercial results and reports to the senior account manager and sales director.
  4. Monitor and improve order quantity and value in consultation with the account team.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience managing B2B consumer goods sales.
  2. Experience managing accounts and building relationships.
  3. Willingness to be predominantly field-based.
  4. Driven sales professional with a positive attitude.
